![]() ![]() It's would make sense tomb King able to beat vampire count because tomb king is petty much don't had blood in them, LOL. Anti-large, armour piercing and a silver shielxd, all in one package. Tomb guards with halberds are pretty great because of their flexibility though. I wasthinking more in terms of a one on one fight. And silver shield on trash units is golden. VC got noneĭisagree with infantry, I much rather have TK infantry, they actually got decent killing power. Also TK got access to both missiles (skeleton archers, chariot archers, Ushabti archers) and two loads of artillery. The biggest power creep is between 'game 1' factions and 'game 2' factions, and you can add to the fear of ruining save-games, that stops CA from moving and changing existing skills.įair assesment. Skaven pretty good rn too, but honestly I think game 1 has some strong performers, even others I haven't mentioned are solidly competitive. like really weak, and it makes them hard to play in some situations High Elves can tier upper mid I think, against a lot of people they can be quite good, but they're weak at countering armored large. ![]() didn't they nerf Empire quite a bit before game 2 release.Īre Beastmen not tearing it up anymore? they were really good for a bit.Ĭhaos which always seemed kind of trash but deceptively won a lot of games, has been pretty good i think.ĭark Elves and Lizardmen i think have been performing really well. I think power creep is a bit overstated tbh. In Custom Battles the Vampire Counts have more of a chance, but in the Campaign, the power creep of 'game 2' Factions mechanics, technologies and skills, don't leave much of a fighting chance for the Vampire Counts. No idea how all the legendary lords stack up.Īlso CA still didn't give the Grave Guards access to Halberds. Lords: generic vampire lord can use magic and get an undead dragon. I think the tomb prince and wight king are pretty comparable. Vc have more heroes, including a caster/melee hybrid and a spectral hero. Heroes: tbh I have no idea how these stand up to one another. Not sure how ushabti compare to crypt horrors though.Ĭhariots: I like the black coach, but Settra will murder me if I dont give this one to the tomb kings. Ground monsters: tomb kings, scorpion, hierotitan, war sphinx and necro sphinx, compared to only the varghulf. Lore of light and vampires are both top tier, havent played with lore of nehekhara enough yet.Ĭavalry: havent used necropolis nights yet, but I dont think they'll beat blood knights. They both have death and shadow magic, the tomb kings have lore of light and lore of nehekhara and the vampire counts have lore of vampires. +they have cairn wraiths.įlying: vampire counts, terrorgheists and vargheists>carrions ![]() Normal skeletons are bad, and grave guard are better than tomb guard. ![]() Even in single player it was always so frustarating to me that I had to chase chaos missle cav all day with my wolves.Īs good as the undead melee is against chaos, even chaos gives the player so much more room to be gr8 with their support cav, and undead have no answer for that. Against armored large like lizardmen, they're just up an absolute creek VC just isn't good, and bloodknights are their only sexy counter to large. At a time when no one else was using dragons outside of aerial gimmick builds, I could reliably beat vc with my all mobility army at any level of ladder, even if I was so tilted I couldn't beat anyone else. I feel like I lowkey innovated in my VC stomping strats. They are just so frikking weak to missle cav, in mp or single player, it makes me cry I haven't played a lot of mp recently, but Vic always felt like kind of a joke to me. I think TK is going to end up being more competetive on the high end, because having ranged units is just a must 2K A Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia.846 A Total War Saga: Fall of the Samurai. ![]()
